Located in an occupied strip mall at 76th & Dodge, the challenge with the Asian Market Expansion project was to renovate the existing space while preserving the building shell and minimize disruption to the adjacent tenants. The project combined three existing bays into one space large enough for a large sales floor, three restrooms and additional storeroom.

The tight project schedule was maintained even with the owner’s addition of phasing due to cramped conditions in the existing facility.

The project included the following elements:

• Coordination with the owner’s equipment and security providers.
• Polished concrete floors in the expansion area that turned out so well that the owner had the rest of the existing store done as well.
