Lotus House of Yoga at Aksarben Village

Located in the bustling Aksarben Village, Lotus House of Yoga includes a Barre Room, Hot Yoga Studio, Spin Room and a Juice Bar.  TS Maas was brought in early as a team member to assist in the entire process.  We provided design support by helping with material selections for items with long lead times and cost reducing options. The space was constructed in a quick eight weeks.

Our work included:

• Helping the tenant meet the health department requirements with the juice bar which was added in the last couple of weeks of the project
• VE ideas include repurposing doors, lights and a heat pump from other projects.
• Coordinating work with shell work completed by landlord’s contractor
